Mackerel (caballa) is one of the great everyday preserves of southern Spain: firm, rich in omega-3 and much more affordable than tuna. Our fillets are caught by the Spanish fleet and packed in extra virgin olive oil.
Kosher mackerel in olive oil is hard to find on kosher shelves in Miami and London, which makes it an easy addition to a store's canned fish range.

Yes. It is produced in a dedicated kosher run at the Spanish plant, supervised by the agency you require, such as OU, Star-K, KLBD. The certificate is issued for your batch.
Can I order it for Miami or London?
Yes. We supply kosher stores and distributors in Miami and London on a pre-order basis, usually from around 1,500 units mixed per store.
